TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Entrants must have a character period property to sell
- Winners must list the property to sell with Ativa within six months of confirmation of winning the prize
- Entrants must send in full name and property (to sell) address details to be included in the draw – see link to form, or by email
- The first prize is for 0% on commission fees only – marketing costs apply as normal and will be agreed and paid for in advance of marketing commencing
- Three runner-up prize winners will receive 50% off commission fees.
- All other entrants will receive a competitor beating commission fee but must provide written proof of other quotes to qualify
- Only entries received before 12 noon on 28th February 2023 will be included
- The prize is non-transferable
