This special launch offer only applies to:

• Period properties that suit our buyers list and portfolio
• Properties with a final sale price of over £500,000
• The commission fee only – you can choose to pay any amount you choose to a threshold of no lower than .5% of the final sale price

Please note that all upfront marketing costs, surveyor and any other third party costs are still required to be paid at the full agreed price ahead of marketing commencing.

In addition, as we are not yet VAT registered you are already making a saving of 20% on the final invoice.

Payment of the final commission invoice will be via your chosen conveyancing solicitor at the point of sale (conclusion of missives).
